Since our service involves AI-generated digital outputs, cancellations are not possible once processing has started.
If payment is made but service is not delivered due to technical errors, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with style/creativity of AI outputs, as this is subjective.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Contact us at billing@fashionx.com within 48 hours of payment for refund requests.
